- Add the cabbage, carrots, and tteok. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the sauce has thickened.
- Add green onions and stir to combine.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Tips:
- For a spicier flavor, add more gochujang or red pepper flakes.
- You can add other vegetables like onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
- Serve with cheese for a cheesy and indulgent twist.
