Basic Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- Salt
- Sesame oil
- Red pepper powder
- Minced garlic
- Minced scallions
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Boil a pot of water and add the bean sprouts.
- Blanch for 3-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
- Drain them well.
- In a large bowl, combine the blanched bean sprouts with salt, sesame oil, red pepper powder, minced garlic, minced scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
- Toss the ingredients together until the bean sprouts are evenly coated with the dressing.
