Instructions:

- Add a spoonful of the filling to the center of the wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges tightly to form a dumpling.
- Cook the dumplings:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the dumplings in the pan, seam side down.
- Fry until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add a little water to the pan, cover, and steam the dumplings for a few minutes until cooked through.
- Once the water has evaporated, remove the lid and fry the dumplings until they are crispy on all sides.
- Serving:
- Serve the dumplings hot with a dipping sauce, such as soy sauce mixed with vinegar and a bit of chili pepper flakes.
