Ingredients:
- 1 potato
- 3 cups water
- 1 piece dried kelp
- 10g dried anchovies
- 5 littleneck clams
- 3 green onions
- Salt, soy sauce, pepper
Instructions:
- Make the broth: In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil with dried kelp and dried anchovies. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Prepare the clams: Soak the littleneck clams in salted water to remove sand. Parboil the clams and strain the cooking liquid.
- Combine and cook: Combine the two broths and bring to a boil. Add sliced potatoes and cook until tender. Season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Add littleneck clams and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
