Well-ripened kimchi is simmered in broth of beef bones and anchovies, and the taste of ‘Kimchi jjagguli’, a representative K-food menu, has been realized.
– Crispy kimchi toppings and cute raccoon fish cakes!
We used dried kimchi and dried green onions to bring out the texture, and added fun with raccoon fish cakes.
– Chewy noodles that are plump and chewy!
The thick and chewy noodles go well with the homemade sauce.
– Completed in one go in the microwave!
You can enjoy it conveniently by cooking it in one go in the microwave without discarding the water.

* What is a fried noodle?
Fried noodles are a type of noodle that has been cooked and then deep-fried in oil. By frying the cooked noodles in oil heated to 150°C, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 10%, preventing the growth of microorganisms. Companies like Nongshim manage to reduce the moisture content of their fried noodles to less than 7%, allowing for long-term storage without the need for preservatives. This process also makes the noodles easier to cook and gives them a unique flavor.
