* What is a fried noodle?
Fried noodles are a type of noodle that has been cooked and then deep-fried in oil. By frying the cooked noodles in oil heated to 150°C, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 10%, preventing the growth of microorganisms. Companies like Nongshim manage to reduce the moisture content of their fried noodles to less than 7%, allowing for long-term storage without the need for preservatives. * What are Non-Frying Noodles?
These are noodles that are naturally dried with hot air after they are cooked without frying them in oil. Compared to fried noodles, the texture is dense, so the cooking time is slightly longer, but it is less oily and has a great clean taste.
