Well-ripened kimchi is simmered in broth of beef bones and anchovies, and the taste of ‘Kimchi jjagguli’, a representative K-food menu, has been realized.

We used dried kimchi and dried green onions to bring out the texture, and added fun with raccoon fish cakes.
– Chewy noodles that are plump and chewy!
The thick and chewy noodles go well with the homemade sauce.

Fried noodles are a type of noodle that has been cooked and then deep-fried in oil. By frying the cooked noodles in oil heated to 150°C, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 10%, preventing the growth of microorganisms.
