Instructions:
- Make the dough: Combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk, and water in a bowl. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling: Mince the pork, finely chop the Napa cabbage, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Assemble the dumplings: Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each sheet and fold to create dumplings.
- Steam the dumplings: Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam until cooked through.
