Ingredients (Serves 4)

- For the filling: 100g ground pork, 1/2 napa cabbage kimchi, 1/2 block tofu, 50g bean sprouts, 1 egg, 1/2 green onion, 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- For seasoning the filling: 1/2 green onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, salt, pepper to taste
- For the broth: 50g beef, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Preparation
- Make the dough: Mix flour and salt with water to form a dough. Cover with a damp cloth.
- Prepare the filling ingredients: Blanch and chop bean sprouts. Crumble tofu. Mince pork. Squeeze out excess liquid from kimchi and chop finely. Slice green onions and mince garlic.
- Make the broth: Slice beef and simmer in a pot with light soy sauce.
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: Combine ground pork, bean sprouts, tofu, kimchi, minced green onion, and garlic. Season with sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add beaten egg and mix well.
- Assemble the dumplings: Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and seal the edges to form dumplings.
- Cook the dumplings: Add the dumplings to the boiling beef broth. Once they float, add sliced green onions.
- Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with a fried egg and sesame oil.
