Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of dried kelp (10 x 30 cm)
- Sesame seeds
- Sugar
Instructions:
- Prepare the kelp:
- Wipe the kelp clean with a damp cloth.
- Cut the kelp into 6 x 4 cm pieces.
- Fry the kelp:
- Heat oil to 130℃.
- Fry the kelp pieces until slightly crispy.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Season:
- While the kelp is still warm, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar.
