Fried noodles are a type of noodle that has been cooked and then deep-fried in oil. * What are Non-Frying Noodles?
These are noodles that are naturally dried with hot air after they are cooked without frying them in oil. They are also called “hot air dried noodles” because they are dried by passing the cooked noodles through a hot air dryer where hot air of around 100˚C circulates for about 30 minutes. Compared to fried noodles, the texture is dense, so the cooking time is slightly longer, but it is less oily and has a great clean taste.
