  • 1/2 squid
  • 100g each of shrimp and mussels
  • 1 sea cucumber
  • 2 abalones
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 pieces of bamboo shoots
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 dried anchovies
  • 1 tsp sake
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the pork: Combine the sliced pork with egg white, cornstarch, sake, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Prepare the seafood: Boil the shrimp and mussels. Remove the meat from the shells. Soak the sea cucumber in water, then slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice the abalone and squid into appropriate sizes.
  3. Prepare the vegetables: Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water and slice. Slice the bamboo shoots, green onion, and carrot. Mince the garlic. Boil the anchovies in water to make a broth.

Instructions:
