- 100g each of shrimp and mussels
- 1 sea cucumber
- 2 abalones
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 pieces of bamboo shoots
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 dried anchovies
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Marinate the pork: Combine the sliced pork with egg white, cornstarch, sake, and salt. Mix well.
