Recently by customer demand, Neoguri can now be conveniently enjoyed as cup noodles, ‘Neoguri Cup’ and ‘Neoguri Big Bowl Noodle’ were released and its market share is continuously growing even in the market for bowl ramyun.

* What is a fried noodle?
Fried noodles are a type of noodle that has been cooked and then deep-fried in oil. By frying the cooked noodles in oil heated to 150°C, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 10%, preventing the growth of microorganisms. Companies like Nongshim manage to reduce the moisture content of their fried noodles to less than 7%, allowing for long-term storage without the need for preservatives. This process also makes the noodles easier to cook and gives them a unique flavor.
