Minarinamul is a popular Korean side dish made with water parsley, a leafy green vegetable known for its distinct aroma and slightly bitter taste. It’s a simple yet flavorful dish that’s perfect for spring and summer.   

Ingredients:

  • Water parsley
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Water Parsley:
    • Wash the water parsley thoroughly.
    • Boil the water parsley in salted water for a few minutes.
    • Drain the water parsley and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Make the Dressing:
    • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
    • Add the dressed water parsley to the bowl with the dressing.
    • Toss the ingredients together until the water parsley is evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Serve: Serve the water parsley salad immediately.
